Dongchen DC1621 cage-guided single-seated control valve internals have an easy disassembly design. It is much easier to do on-site maintenance and can endure bigger pressure differentials if the guide cage is replaced with a porous structure.

DOCN single-seated control valve is made up of the following components: the valve body, valve seat, valve core, guide sleeve, valve cover, valve stem, and packing. The stem and spool are attached to one another. The stem and valve core can be completely turned out, or the connection can be retained by threaded or overfitting pins. The valve body of the single-seated control valve contains just one core and one seat. It is distinguished by minimal leakage and good sealing. In the structure, there are regulating type and cut-off type. The spool's shape distinguishes them from one another. The cut-off type spool has a flat or conical shape, whereas the regulating type has a plunger shape. 

The huge force of medium on the valve core, or the large imbalance force, is another characteristic of Zhejiang Dongchen single-seated control valves. The force is more severe, particularly when there is a big diameter and considerable differential pressure. Therefore, the single-seated control valve should only be used in low-pressure differential situations; otherwise, a larger thrust actuator should be used.
