On the morning of November 29, Pei Xiaoguang, the former deputy chief of staff of the Zhejiang Provincial Military Region, Xu Xueqing, the representative of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress, the former commander of the Jinhua Military Division of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, and Zuo Nanding, the former deputy director of the Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Statistics, and other leaders visited Dongchen Valve for investigation guide. 

During the investigation, Deputy Chief of Staff Pei, Commander Xu, Deputy Director Zuo and other leaders successively visited Dongchen's production line, physical and chemical laboratory, and processing site. Chairman Luo Linhua introduced the main products, development history, honorary qualifications and the company's production and operation, research and development capabilities and technological innovation.

Deputy Chief of Staff Pei fully affirmed the quality, research and development and prospects of Dongchen Valve. He encouraged Dongchen to take the initiative, innovate development concepts, standardize enterprise management, continuously optimize products, increase production capacity, which can enhance the core competitiveness of DOCN and help to be the "specialized, sophisticated, special and innovative" vanguard enterprise.

Deputy Director Zuo paid special attention to the company's measures in energy saving and emission reduction, comprehensive utilization of resources and environmental protection production, and affirmed Dongchen's implementation. After carefully listening to Dongchen's introduction, Commander Xu pointed out that Dongchen Valve has a clear positioning and an accurate entry point.
