There is a swirl chamber structure inside the rotary adjustable atomizing nozzle. The liquid forms a thin film inside the atomizing nozzle. After the atomized droplets are sprayed out of the nozzle, the surface tension of the liquid overcomes the inertia of the liquid, and the liquid breaks under the action of the air force. The increase of droplet pressure and injection speed can make the liquid film break into filaments or strips, and under the action of spring back pressure, the laminar flow can be broken by extrusion. The relative movement of the atomized liquid droplets and the air is accelerated, and even the spray can be formed when it leaves the nozzle opening of the atomizing nozzle. Its atomization principle includes the exchange effect of centrifugal atomization and speed atomization, which can achieve full atomization, improve efficiency and save energy.

Rotary adjustable atomization is the third-generation atomization method newly developed by Dongchen.
