After the company's name is changed, the business entity and legal relationship remain unchanged, the original contract remains valid, and all business relationships and service commitments remain unchanged. The various contracts, creditor's rights and debts signed by the original company will continue to be performed by the company after the name change (Dongchen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.).

From now on, all internal and external documents, materials, invoices, account numbers, tax numbers, etc. will use the new company name.
